Our practice is based on providing Manual Techniques to rehabilitate injuries. This means massaging tight irritated muscles or to reduce swelling, mobilizing joints to reduce any restrictions to movement, passive stretching to gain range of motion, manually resisted and guided strengthening of weakened muscles, and we also use modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, NMES, and motion analysis software.

Sports Performance Improvements
We have been using High Speed Cameras for Motion Analysis for the past 7 years. Having the capability to film a movement, and then analyze it in slow motion and freeze frame allows accurate assessments, not achievable using just the naked eye, especially at faster speeds. We have filmed golfers, cyclists, runners, throwers, and use it in physical therapy as a great feedback tool to make changes in motion and muscle recruitment and technique.
